Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Guests consistently praise the convenient location, with Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station just a short walk away. The inclusion of a kitchenette equipped with a Nespresso machine, filtered water, and Molton Brown products in the bathroom is a recurring highlight, as well as the heated towel rack. While some found the shower controls a little tricky to use and the writing on the soap dispensers small, the hotel's cleanliness, good furnishings, and useful amenities make for a pleasant stay.
